Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project activities at the site
- Manage workforce and ensure work quality as per project standards
- Coordinate with the project manager and site engineers
- Monitor material usage and ensure timely reporting
- Ensure safety and compliance at the project site
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site/project supervision (preferably construction/infrastructure)
- Ability to handle workforce and site activities independently
- Willingness to relocate within Odisha as per project needs
- Good communication and reporting skills
