MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies
• Oversee supply chain processes including procurement, storage, and distribution of goods
• Conduct quality and quantity control checks on incoming and outgoing products
• Monitor and maintain raw material inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for operational insights
• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning activities
• Support product testing, feedback collection, and market review efforts
• Attend and document follow-ups from internal meetings and external stakeholder discussions
• Supervise workflow and ensure timely execution of case flows and administrative processes
• Inspect raw materials for quality standards before use in production
• Provide team supervision to ensure adherence to operational procedures and deadlines
